November 8th is a conference on addressing gender issues. Six organisations joined forces and enabled twenty change agent to do action research on these issues over a period of a year and a half. Their findings and experiences are put on paper. They contain pertinent lessons. The October session is a closing event where these lessons are shared and celebrated in a wider group. Also in the hope to further this type of change. I have been asked to deliver a brief keynote reflecting on these findings and take part in break out sessions and a panel discussions which I am very happy to do. You can find the invitation here and on the website of WO=MEN, the Dutch Gender Platform. To some extent the event is open to ‘outsiders’ who deal with gender issues. You can contact WO=MEN about this in case you are interested. You can also read a summary of their lessons on their website.
