Service Management & Service Innovation Program

A new program starts this November on managing and innovating in the service industry. The program consists of a combination of teaching (in four modules) and action learning in change project at one’s own company. I will teach it will people I have worked with in Copenhagen before, like Jesper Christiansen, Roger Halliwell and James Teboul. Over the years I have taught in Copenhagen at Simi (a small business school), later at the Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and at the Denmark Technical University (DTU). This time, the program has been further developed in cooperation with the Vlerick Business School aiming at a more international audience. Teaching will take place in both Brussels and Copenhagen.
