IODA Conference 2027 in the Netherlands

After more than twenty years, the IODA conference returns to the Dutch countryside. IODA is an international network of organization development professionals, consultants, practitioners, students and social scientists from more than 50 countries, many of whom are involved in societal change. The event feels less like an academic conference and more like a gathering where practice and craft take centre stage.

This year’s conference theme is “Creating Sparks to Connect Opposites.” The event is held in English. Everyone is welcome to attend and contribute to the programme. I will definitely do so myself. For more details, visit the conference website.
